You’ve heard of Texas BBQ, but have you heard of Texas Ethiopian BBQ? Smoke’N Ash uses a special Ethiopian sauce called Awaze sauce to glaze their brisket and ribs, giving it a super unique BBQ flavor. I loved the fatty brisket. It’s easily one of the best briskets I’ve had in Texas.

The signature BBQ platter and the vegan plate both come with injera, which is a spongy pancake-like flatbread that you rip off and eat with your favorite item. 

Great for big groups here!

This was my first time trying Ethiopian food AND Texas barbecue fusion‼️ I’m obsessed with the flavors and they don’t miss.

The BBQ is delicious! The meat falls right off the bone. The mac and cheese was amazing. The potato salad wasn't mayonnaise-y so it was delightful. Highly recommended, would definitely be back.
