All our items are made in house daily from fresh ingredients.  Specializing in BBQ and Southern Comfort foods sure to satisfy.

Catering available on site in our "Jack's Attic" party room or at offsite venues.
Established in 2004.
Before opening a "BBQ" Tour was undertaken to taste the BBQ traditions of various parts of the country.  We sampled the sweet richness of Kansas City, complex seasoning in Memphis, the spicy kick of Texas, the savory touch of Alabama and the tanginess in Georgia and the Carolinas.

With Executive Chef Johnny we crafted a menu that would offer our guests a sampling of regional barbcue styles from across the country with our own "Smokejack" twist.  The rest is in your hands.
