The noodles are served either chilled with a dipping sauce, or hot in a noodle soup. “Soba noodles are made entirely or in part with gluten-free buckwheat flour, which is linked to improved heart health, blood sugars, inflammation and cancer prevention. They’re similar in nutrition to whole-wheat spaghetti and a good plant-based protei ### rickeymoodeats — 1.5/5 · Mar 23, 2026 Good service even tho short staffed. Good soba noodles. However the menu says savory broth which. Had no flavor. Literally water, but what made it worse was it tasted like mildew. They need to check their filtration system cause it tasted like a wet rag. Wanted to love this place and they’re doing it right w their soba but the broth while incredibly bland it just tasted like mildew water. The ribeye which is basically just bulgogi was dry and had no flavor either. Incredible. Pass. ### jpitythefooo — 5.0/5 · Jan 11, 2026 I rarely eat everything in one sitting, but the meal was too good to stop. It’s very quaint and clean, great presentation and very nice staff.
