Local Ramen shop off-Strip specializing in Ramen with natural ingredients. I tried the Deluxe Ramen, which is basically the Tonkotsu Ramen with added ingredients; Pork Chashu and Sous Vide Chicken Breast, Bamboo and Mushroom, Bean Sprout, Seaweed (Nori), 1/2 Soft Boiled Egg and Green Onion, and the House Salad. I really enjoyed the Ramen and broth! I also appreciated the fact it’s served with your choice of noodles .My server was so nice and helpful.
