Great diverse dishes here at SOL. Not the most traditional pairings so it was new to me but I enjoyed it. Short ribs w/ sweet potato, garlic ribeye tacos and the sweet chili corn on the cob with a spicy sauce. They had seasoned huge chips and a spicy orange salsa. So not used to seeing that but I enjoyed these new cuisines.

love happy hour at Sol! the taco options are delicious, with classics like chicken, fish, & carnitas, but if you want something unique, try the “animal taco”! carne asada, hand-cut fries, & crispy onions 😋

Modern Mexican spot with tasty tacos. Service was meh but we had a rather large party.  Ordered the chicken tortilla soup which was bland and the carne asada taco plate which was pretty good.

The shrimp dorado taco at Sol Mexican Cocina is the BEST. Truly an incredible taco experience. Highly recommend!

good dish but they seemed a bit disorganized. the ppl who helped me were super nice, but i called ahead to order and they said itd take 20mins. i got there 25mins later but my order wasnt ready. thats fine, i paid and i ended up waiting another 15mins for it. when they gave me it, they werent sure if i had paid yet. and when i left, they called me back bc they thought they gave me the wrong order when it was indeed correct lol 😩

Enjoy Sol with Friends and I. We loved our Marghaitas with Reposado/Hennessy, tacos, shrimp, & chips with salsa. Definitely go if looking for a quick evening bite, happy hour from 3-6pm, or 🪇🌮
