When a new plant based restaurant 🌱opens it's always a mission for @tperoulas and I to try it.  @soligrillevanston exceeded our expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming and excited to share their vision of the food with us. The traditionally trained Chef Issac produces cuisine that is both innovative and satisfying to vegan and non vegans alike. The sushi was rich and flavorful it was hard to believe there was no fish!🐟
