I really enjoyed the flavors of the matcha & ube soft serve ice cream. I feel that it complements well with the custard in the fish Taiyaki. I added Biscoff cookie butter crumbles goes well in flavor. The macaron was just to make it a bit more prettier. Definitely delicious.
