If you have not tried out Asian dessert ice cream, I would suggest stopping by SomiSomi  in Carrollton,TX. 

You can taste its uniqueness compared to your traditional 🍦ice cream. The highlight overall was the experience and the “fish” cone.

Cant go wrong with taiyaki and soft serve. I got the cookie and cream and ube swirl with custard taiyaki. Soft serve is oretty good. Taiyaki is okay. Big area but not much sitting space here.

Somisomi has soft serve and tayakis. You can order from the computer screen and then watch the taiyaki being made. I haven’t tried the taiyaki, but the soft serve is pretty good. The space is pretty large, but there aren’t too many tables or seating areas.

Ordered the ube soft serve it was delicious and creamy. Underneath the soft serve  is the matcha custard filing and matcha powder on top it was the perfect combo ,opened til 11pm and have plenty of sitting or standing areas- located in the Korean plaza with plenty of outdoor seating as well and other food options if you’re craving Korean food and daiso down the block.

I have found the perfect dessert after dinner and its these fish shapped waffle cones filled with cream and ice cream! This place smells amazing the momment you walk in. You get to choose what flavor filling you want as well as the flavor of the ice cream. I recommend the ube icecream with red bean filling!
