From a pop-up in a small boutique hotel, to the restaurant it is now, Sorrel focuses on in-season ingredients bought or foraged by local farmers' markets or their own rooftop garden. Having worked at kitchens such as Jean-George (Two Michelin Star) and Quince (Three Michelin Star), the chef's training shines through as each dish is beautifully executed and perfectly balanced.
