Chef Luca grew up in his family's restaurants and takes his main inspiration from the recipes his mother helped him create during the process of opening his first restaurant venture, La Sosta Enoteca which closed in 2016. Sosta represents an evolution of Luca's vision of providing exquisite Venetian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with impeccable service.
