It's soft. It's airy. It's a spongie! The classic HK paper wrapped sponge cakes are something I never get tired of having. I love that Spongies Cafe has the original flavor (my# 1), and lots of unique flavors like black sesame, pandan coconut, matcha, Thai tea, butterscotch, blueberry, red velvet and more! It's the only spot that bakes sponge cakes using fresh fruits, herbs, & veggies in NYC. Go support this mom and pop shop in Chinatown Manhattan. It smells so good inside! #spongecake #bakery
