The skin was super crispy, but the meat was a bit dry. I was personally hoping for that contrast of crispy outside and tender inside—if it had that, I think it would’ve been even better. The Thai chili sauce paired well, and the cucumber on the side helped balance the richness. We also had the chicken chicharon, which was very crispy and flavorful, though a little salty for me.
