Multiple locations - newport one is located in office building with access to office lobby and outdoor seating to work in or outside. The salmon avocado toast was so fresh and delicate tasting, but it was $20. The lychee black tea was very floral but nothing special for an iced tea. Their matcha is on the watery and sweet side if you order the regular or strawberry matcha. Upgrade for higher quality matcha but it comes as a $ add on.

Tried the matcha in LA and really liked it but disappointed this time. I got the vanilla latte because it’s supposed to be one of their best, but it was really pricey for a basic drink that wasn’t great… it had an aftertaste that tasted really artificial to me. I only drank it to not waste $8.50. Also not the best if you need a quick stop - even order ahead took half an hour and the parking is a little walk across the street with most close spots reserved. At least validated and friendly staff!

the service here is really great but it does get crowded so there might be a bit of a wait! i love, love, love the salmon toast and the quality of their matcha is good, too!
