Top Chef Season 13 winner Jeremy Ford recently opened his second location in Vegas, inside Resorts World (his first one in Miami).  Already capturing a Michelin Star in 2025, Chef Ford delivers creative and globally inspired tasting menus, with Latin and Asian influences in his dishes. Stubborn Seed is perfect for that Michelin caliber experience but with a more budget friendly Michelin price, with a casual, laid back vibe.
