"Sub Culture was conceptualized in November of 2017 by Jersey city natives, Nick Roda and William Visnosky. Combined with their passion for food and their love of all things pop culture, Sub Culture was born and established, April 20th, 2018. Nick Roda comes from a long line of restauranteurs. The Roda family have had two successful restaurants in the downtown area. The first was downtown Eddy’s located in first and Brunswick. The second, was the Mixed Grill located on Jersey ave."
