Super Dumpling in Carmel Valley is a new restaurant in the Pavilions shopping center. 
The Super Dumpling restaurant is clean and the service is friendly 😄 
The spicy wontons are delicious and have some spicy goodness to the crab and shrimp inside. They are even better with more chili sauce. 
The pork XLB soup dumplings are also very delicious and a much better price than DTF.  However, you have to ask for a soup spoon for the XLB to easily add the soy, vinegar, & chili sauce😱

Just thinking of these delicious pan-fried beef & onion dumplings, Korean BBQ beef Xiao, cumin lamb, cucumber salad, and eggplant with vegetables makes me hungry.

dumplings/xlb skin was doughy and not chewy, chicken wing skin was too bready, string beans were just okay

Super Dumpling is a real win. Their handmade dumplings are unbelievably good.  Service is friendly, and the open kitchen gives it a lively, honest vibe.
