My top five restaurants in Philadelphia!
On the weekends it’s a prefixed menu, but you will not leave hungry! The food and service is fantastic!

Suraya is one of the hardest reservations to snag in Philly for good reason.  The Lebanese food is fantastic!  You have to do the set menu but you get to choose different mezze and entrees
