For all the pancake lovers, here is amazing fluffy South Indian pan cakes (Dosas) you definitely gotta try! Head to Surya Darshini Food Truck for a best dosa experience ever! These delicious dips of chutney and sambar is bae in bay area! They are perfectly crispy on the edge and soft at the center. These bites of Bangalore brought to the Bay Area, are the best Dosas one can find here! I can vouch for it and say these are the most authentic Dosas I’ve gotten to eat around Bay Area.
