Best omakase this year, with a 12 course classic omakase at just $65. This 14 counter omakase counter is tucked away inside a 90s hip hop themed speakeasy in the Arlo building in Wynwood Miami.

Sushi by Bou is always a great experience because it makes me feel bougie on a budget. They source all their fish from Japan and the quality is definitely there. From miso cod to truffle to sweet scallops, they still make the experience as elevated as possible. I also love going to the earlier seatings so it feels even more private- there was only one other couple when we went at 6!
