Hidden gem! One of the most underrated restaurants in town. Chef Joe has worked at some of the most renowned sushi restaurants on The Strip, received multiple awards for his culinary creations at a restaurant in Anguilla & has been featured in many travel publications including Condé Nast Traveller. Fish was fresh, sauces are made in-house,dishes were fairly priced & service was top-notch.Happy Hour available.Must-tries,including the sushi, are the Pork Belly Skewers & Brisket Gyoza! #sushi
