My perfect kind of pancakes are the fluffy Japanese-style Soufflé Pancakes at Sweethoney Dessert, as they’re light, airy and that pancake jiggle never fails to make me smile! I tried both the Matcha and Mango  Soufflé #pancakes but my fave out of the two was the mango flavour. FYI the Soufflé Pancakes take about 25 minutes to make, but they’re worth the wait! I love all of their desserts here as they’re not too sweet. #pancake #perfectpancakes #Japanese #HongKongdessert #soufflepancakes
