I stopped by here to get takeout for my dinner later before our movie.  the bowl with sweet potatoes, beef, broccoli and tomatoes with quinoa was perfectly light to eat on a warm day.  I enjoyed it, as I got my server's favorite bowl.  Try it out; I swapped the rice for quinoa for gluten-free.
