Great place for individual shabu shabu. Choose your broth, rice, noodle style and protein. Veggie plate and hot tea are included. For broth I suggest the miso - it has a nice mild flavor. On my last visit I tried the sukiyaki - which is good for cooking but too sweet for drinking like a soup. The ribeye is great, I've also tried the beef belly which is extra fatty but adds great flavor to the soup. Service is friendly and attentive. Seating is at a u-shape counter.
