Usually it takes me only a couple of weeks to try all the taco places in a new neighborhood. Embarrassingly enough it took me three years to get to Taco Boom . They are known for quesabirria tacos and boy did they deliver!  These tacos were so big that I couldn’t immediately dip them in consommé  ! #tacos #chicago
