I usually go for the birria at Taco Rico, which is honestly amazing every time, but lately I’ve been trying to be more mindful of what I’m eating. I decided to switch it up and try their taco salad and I was not disappointed. It’s super flavorful, fresh, and still gives you that same satisfying taco experience without feeling too heavy. The ingredients tasted really fresh and everything was well balanced. Definitely a great option if you want something a little lighter but still really good.
