Tacos Asadero is the spot in RB for Tacos! 

The carne asada tacos come in fresh tortillas. The adobada is shaved straight off the trompo and the birria/quesabirria are absolutely delicious.

Small shop in Rancho Bernardo has high quality taco meat.  Love how they carry my favorite - lengua.   Just the right seasoning and could finish 10 if my doctor let me.
