I’d had never tried tacos al pastor before trying them at Tacos Gavilan, and that’s a shame. I know that it’s disappointing because apparently it’s a “must-have” for most taco lovers. I’m proud this restaurant gave me a good first experience with it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to try it from them again.
