If you’re looking for authentic sushi in downtown San Diego, Taka 555 is the place to go! I highly recommend sitting at the bar — it’s an amazing experience to watch the chefs skillfully prepare each dish right in front of you. The fresh salmon was absolutely delicious, melt-in-your-mouth quality. They also have a great selection of Japanese beers that perfectly complement the sushi.
