Our path to opening Take Ur Seat Lite was encouraged by the friendship we share with Michael and Mira, the owners of Take Ur Seat. Their leap of faith to create their brand inspired us to take our own. After nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, from Italian kitchens to Teppanyaki grills and even owning a Chinese restaurant, this new opportunity felt like the right moment to create something that blends our passion for food with our desire to bring people together.

My first time eating Japanese style dessert, and it was pretty good. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Cloud Pancake, which totaled to a little over $15. The strawberry topping was fire, but the dough was a little too doughy. Gonna try the brulee next time

I will go back just for the Cloud Pancakes! Delicious, fluffy,  with amazing flavors! They have delicious brunch foods and drinks too! Located inside Redlands Public Market

4/13/26 Take Ur Seat Lite Redlands Public Market Redlands, CA... I ordered a Hot Cookie Butter Latté and Ube Cloud Pancake! I've had this pancake on the radar and finally got to try it! The Latté and Pancakes were so goooooood! Great service here at the front counter by Betzy!!! Come check this place out!

Located inside the Redlands Public Market.  We ordered the berry cloud pancakes and they were delicious! The only complaint was that we waited at least 20 minutes for it to come out. I would still go back to try the rest of their brunch items.
