One of the better dim sums, lots of variety. Service is pretty good. Lots of seating, there's still a wait during lunch. Tea is actually flavorful. Good ambiance.

The dim sum here is decent and reliable. The har gow and siu mai are solid. Nothing wowed us, but nothing disappointed either. It's a convenient spot for a quick, satisfying fix when a major craving hits, but it won't be a memorable meal.
