Nice modern mall + residential builiding at Flushing. Very spacious. Food court is fun to walk around, but not too many options. I think they could def expand! Seems to be geared towards teens - 20 something year olds. I wish they had more stores. Matcha Maiko, Soft Swerve, and JoJu seem to be some popular spots for good ice cream and bites. Would come back for those and maybe some hk milk tea or portugese egg tarts.

Super clean theater located right in tangram mall! It’s a bonus to have a bar at the theater too.
