The very first boba spot in this part of California!

My boyfriend and I wanted to go to Tapioca Express for the nostalgia. He was happy with his Lychee drink & popcorn chicken, but I did NOT like my black milk tea. He also said it wasn’t very good. I would not come back to this specific location, as I only took one sip of my drink before tossing it.
