I know I don't know what authentic Mexican is, because I live in Ohio. but I can tell you that the people I know who are from Mexico, they mess with this taco truck. And I can see why after one trip. first of all I love the giant burrito, heavy with toppings and an additional smattering of their house fried chips. My mix of tacos was equally amazing with steak birria and chicken all juicy and flavorful, with the house marinated cucumbers and onions adding a zesty pop. quick service, good prices
