Taylor Shellfish in Seattle is an absolute gem! The oysters—XS Pacific and Shingoku—were a delightful experience, bursting with freshness and flavor. The sashimi geoduck was another standout, with its tender texture and sweet, briny taste. While the miso cod fish was just okay, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The ambiance and service were top-notch, making for a truly memorable outing. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!
