Temaki is the best temaki aka hand roll bar in town. It's brand new, and absolutely delicious. Rolls are made to order right in front of you and are meant to be consumed ASAP while the nori is still crisp👌🏽 My favorites were the scallop and yellowtail.

Loved the cute chopsticks holders and the bar seating style. I thought there would be veggies in the hand rolls and there weren’t but everything else about this place is good. Check out their happy hour!

Why I love this restaurant - they make the rolls fresh and only serve them after you have finished the last one so that they are always perfect.
