Our favorites were the mackerel & bluefin topped with uni & San Diego caviar. Ask for specials, much better than what their regular menu offers. Pair with Wakatake Sake.

Temaki Den has a great omakase experience in Denver! We tried a huge variety of items, and they had a great selection! If you can catch them when they have uni, be sure to order it! Not bad for a landlocked state!
