The broth is packed full of flavor and pipping hot.
The meat is good quality and tender. I liked the presentation and the condiments were the perfect portion. The noodles are definitely the highlight although the broth is what makes the dish!
It was clean and quiet inside. The staff was super kind. Everything came out quick.
I need this bowl of tomato broth and noodles in my life. I will have to get this every time I'm in Monterey Park

Noodle lovers, this one’s for you 🍜 — Ten Seconds Noodle is a hidden gem serving Yunnan rice noodles with a fun tableside cooking twist! A bubbling hot soup arrives, you toss in your ingredients, and magic happens right in front of you. Their golden soup — sour, spicy, and addictive — totally hits the spot. Not sure if it’s 100% authentic, but it’s 100% delicious. 😋 Full bellies, bill under $40 for two — total win!
