This in my opinion is the best hidden gem brunch in Nashville. Chef Shannon Williams is killing it at the Holston Hotel. The first female executive chef in tbe hotel industry in Nashville. Southern charm with some amazing southern food. This may be this best chicken biscuit I have ever had. Chill environment with top notch food! New brunch menu coming out in July!! Do yourself a favor and order the yogurt.
