Texas Hill Country Olive Co. has a bistro only open during lunch time. We got the lemon salad and my husband got a flatbread. I also got the tomato basil soup. The chicken on my lemon salad left more to be desired. Everything else was great. You can really tell the olive oil or vinegarettes enhance the dishes.
