The best vegan Vietnamese food in San Diego is at Thanh Tinh Chay! I tried the special banh mi with crispy pork belly and loved it as well as the homemade gluten free bread - so tasty. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love it here! The customer service was excellent and I loved the complimentary cucumber lemon water and vegan flan too.
