WOW the last time I was this blown away was when I tasted Shige san's omakase at Oshima.. I ordered the spicy pork bowl, expecting somewhat of a Korean taste.. but I was not prepared for this. Not only was the sauce explosive but the whole balance with the vegetables inside the bowl was just CRAZY. Tbh, I wish the rice was a little more firm, but since it's the base for the bowl, it was still ok. Just my preference thing but didn't take away from the bowl. YOU HAVE TO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY.
