Craving arepas?! Check out the Colombian Spot on East Carson! I love the ropa vieja! It is nice and juicy and full of flavor. I love the plantains that come in it bc they add a nice sweetness. I always choose tostones as a side (smashed fried plantains). The yucca fries are thick and crispy and a must order for us! They have a couple outdoor tables (perfect if you have a dog!) or they are great for takeout!
