The Common Cup is a community coffee shop in Rogers Park located at 1501 W. Morse Ave in Chicago.  We are a black owned and operated Coffee shop, offering Coffee From Metric and Groundswell Coffee Roasters.  We serve delicious breakfast sandwiches, homemade quiche, a variety of seasonal sweet and savory breads.  We will be updating our Spring/Summer menu with offerings of frittatas, salads, smoothies, fruit parfaits and new sandwiches.

My husband, John, and I moved to Rogers Park in 2001 and fell in love with this community. We love the closeness to the lake, the public transportation possibilities, the cultural and culinary opportunities, and, most of all, the diversity of people in this neighborhood.
