The Donut Man at LA Central Market is always busy, but the line moves pretty fast. Huge variety of donuts to choose from, all made fresh, and the owners are genuinely super nice. The donuts definitely lean on the sweeter side—but that’s kind of the point. A classic stop when you’re at the market and craving something indulgent.
