Empress by Boone took over a space formally occupied by a traditional Chinese banquet hall. I think it has one of the best and most unique views of San Francisco because you won’t find many restaurants this high above street level in Chinatown. They take advantage of this view by serving some deliciously and beautifully prepared classic Chinese dishes.
