Eveleigh's food philosophy is a simple one that revolves around letting the food speak for itself. With our produce, we harness the best the area has to offer.  We consciously source ingredients from here and abroad that have sustainable and free-range origins. The style of food draws on inspiration from southern Europe, with hints of California in a rustic, yet clean approach.
