Flour Box by Pamela is super famous for their hot crispy brioche doughnuts which are always in demand. They make some classic and seasonal flavors; We tried the classic Creme Brulee and the special Thai Tea and Mango. Big points for all three flavors and brownie points for the Mango! I will happily revisit when they open more regular hours and start dining in. The limited hours and preorder option currently make long queues in the sun very difficult to bear.

this is one of the only spots I know in Seattle that frequently has a line, running out the door before the store even opens. That’s how you know what they’re selling must be good! I decided to finally jump in line and try out their donuts! They were so fluffy and so cute. They were good, but I’m not sure if they’re worth waiting two hours in line for.
