Did you have a chance to visit this Spring gem in Carlsbad? The flowers were in full bloom during our visit. It’s a great little getaway to bring a date, or your family.  
They offer add’t goodies that you could sign up for at an additional price (flower crown workshop, bouquet workshop, picnics, etc) but it’s definitely not necessary for the experience.
Plus, Windmill food hall is right across the street!

Visited the beautiful flower fields in Carlsbad! They have tractor tours, ice cream stands and food trucks!

Bring your family and friends to experience millions of blooms this Spring Break at the Carlsbad Flower Fields! 

A total of 48 Acres are now blooming with color! The ranunculus came early this year so peak bloom is sooner than usual. The flowers are loving the beautiful spring weather, so the colors are in full effect.

The perfect spring day to see thiusands of flowers! Also a good way to get your steps in. Make sure to double check the credit card charges because the popcorn stand charged for more tip than I authorized

Absolutely #beautiful place for a #DayTrip. You can easily spend a day here walking around, eating, and taking photos. I hate that all the food inside was so #expensive, though, considering there's an entrance fee.

The flower fields...are something that I feel is a gigantic tourist trap. I feel a botanical garden would give you a better bang for your buck  I did like blueberry picking (and eating a shitton of them also)

As an avid flower person I had to check this place out. It’s only opened from April to May. May 11 is the last day! :( this was such a pretty photo opp. They had a butterfly exhibit for an additional $5
