The Flying Biscuit Cafe is a Southern breakfast chain that serves all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is known for its biscuits, grits, and welcoming atmosphere. April Moon and Delia Champion co-founded The Flying Biscuit Cafe in Atlanta, Georgia in 1993. The restaurant started as a small eatery in Candler Park. I love this brunch spot for all the delicious food and boozy drinks served! This is their newest location in downtown Houston and they have minimal parking around the restaurant. The booths are tables are a handful and bar seats are also available. Brunch hard at this spot with friends to enjoy coffee and juices with hearty meals. We enjoyed steak&eggs, eggs benedict, stuffed french toast, grits, moon dusted potatoes, chips, tacos, and more.
