The only rolled ice cream shop in town. Atlantic and Garvey at Monterey Park next to Daikokuya restaurant. They only open Friday 7pm to 12pm and Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 12am. Their shop is under construction so orders are just taken by their door. As of now their phone from yelp and website is not accurate and we told them about it so they will check in on it. We decided to just visit the place and happy to see that they are open. Rolled ice cream only, snacks are not available for today.
